I practice strictly criminal law. I have been doing so since 1995. My staff and I will vigorously defend your case and keep you informed of all new developments. We do not rest until your case has been resolved. We do not avoid trials. If you have a valid defense and you do not agree with the offered resolution by the prosecutor (or the court) you have a right to have your day in court. You also have the right to counsel and I will advise you of all the legal decisions you need to make.
I practice criminal trial law and criminal appellate law. I know the legal authorities and the defenses that apply to your case.
