Department of Corrections Intake Office located at 3203 West Colonial

Date and time to report: Immediately upon the day you are
sentenced.
Office Hours: 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday.
Failure to report as instructed is a
violation of the terms of probation.
